Programme Details

The 3MTT DeepTech Upskilling Programme is an initiative under the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy. It is a key component of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s plan to generate 2 million digital jobs by 2025.The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme aims to develop Nigeria’s tech workforce to support the digital economy and position the country as a global talent hub.

This first phase of the programme is being executed in partnership with NITDA and will involve various stakeholders, including training providers, industry partners, and placement organizations. Through this initiative, 60,000 Nigerian youths will receive specialized training in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in these fields.
